Everyone
has stress. If you are alive, you have stress in your life. Whether
it is paying bills, raising children, work-related, or family related,
we all have different levels of stress in our lives.
How we cope with stress is often the key to relieving stress. Some
people relieve stress through physical exercise, hobbies like painting
or yoga, or playing music. Other people aren’t so lucky to

build up and nothing seems to relieve the stress that we put ourselves
